Digger Day!

Working hard on the building site.

We all had a great time pedalling around the playground.

Busy in the planning office.

If you lent us a digger

Banham Walk

On Monday afternoon we set off for a walk around Banham and saw a wonderful variety of houses. Some old, some new, some that used to be shops, a building site, a terrace, semi detached and many more.

This little fellow is hiding on a wall down Back Lane. We walked by very quietly so that we didn't wake him up.

When we arrived at The Green we tried to spot all of the things on The Treasure Hunt.

Then in small groups we went in to The Post Office, bought a second class stamp and posted our postcards.

Has your postcard arrived yet?

Brilliant Bressingham

Here we are getting ready to board the coach to Bressingham -
we were all very excited!

First stop for some of us: the gardens...

Mr Bloom was busy working in the gardens as there is always lots to be done there.

He stopped working long enough for us to ask him some questions.
He told us that about 80,000 people visit the wonderful gardens each year!

We looked high and low at the beautiful trees and plants all around us.

On the bridge.  Can you see any trolls about?

Time for a minibeast hunt:

We kept a tally to record how many minibeasts we found.

Ladybirds were definitely the most popular find of the day!

We sketched the plants whilst enjoying the sunshine:

All aboard the carousel!

Lunchtime:

What a fun time we all had.
Watch this space...more photos from our trip coming soon.
